Return & Refund Policy
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product, or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. The return process for the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
Conditions for return:
Please notify us of the receipt of a damaged / defective product within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery.
Products and items should be unopened.
Products should be returned in their original packaging, along with the accessories and IMEI stickers, in the same condition in which you received them. The product must also be in its original package.
It is advised that the return packets be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to the goods in transit.
To complete your return process, we will need a receipt, proof of purchase, or invoice copy.
Refunds:
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by firangi Telecom or its business partner. All refunds will be routed through the original payment gateway be it Paytm, PayPal, or any other bank debit or credit card accounts, after adjusting the cancellation charges. Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment for the order.
Orders paid by credit or debit card will be credited back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days, and the refund will appear in the next statement.
Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to your bank account.
For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the person named in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email about the status of your return.
In case, your return has been accepted, the refund amount will be processed immediately. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3–7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund even after 7 days of processing your return, please check your bank account again. Otherwise, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is shown in your balance. You can always contact your bank branch. Usually, there is some delay before a refund is displayed in your account.

On sale products (if applicable)
Only items that are regularly priced are eligible for a refund. Products that are bought on sale or through other special offers cannot be refunded.
Cancellation of Products
You can cancel orders for products partially or fully prior to the shipment is “Out for Delivery.” Orders cannot be cancelled once the package is “Out for Delivery.” You can track your order under the “My Order’ section of your account on Platform or via a link sent to your email id.
In case you change your mind in relation to a particular order of the product(s), you may cancel the purchase order on Platform under the “My Orders” section of your account.
On receipt of the cancellation request, we will attempt to cancel the order/shipments as long as it is not “out for delivery.” You will receive an email as soon as the cancellation is accepted, and the amount paid towards the partial/full order will be refunded to you within 3–7 (three to seven) business days from the date of acceptance of the cancellation request. The amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase or via credit to your store credit account, which can be used for subsequent purchases. All refunds, except for refunds to store credit accounts, shall be subject to our discretion, applicable policies and charges of the user’s bank or financial institution.

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.
If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues.
In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct Product
IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetected and clearly visible.
Complete Product
All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
Undamaged Product
The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging
The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Products are replaced only if they have not been opened and are still in their original packaging. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, then send us an email at support@firangitelecom.online and you can send your product to Firangi Telecom, PLOT NO.1871, MANOHARPURA KACHI BASTI, SABJI MANDI, JAGATPURA, Jaipur, RJ, 302017,
India, or you can visit your nearby store, from which your product has been purchased.
Only unused and boxed handsets are eligible for exchange in case of incorrect delivery or a logistics error.
Gifts
If the product you have received was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be given to you for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received in its original condition, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if it was a gift received by you, we will refund the gift giver, and he/she will find out about your return.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller. Part 3 – General Rules for a successful Return 1. In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
